A state-of-the-art laboratory

Citogen makes the latest technology and the most advanced techniques on the market available to all its clients in order to ensure the utmost reliability in the results it obtains. Our spacious laboratories are modern and equipped with the most cutting-edge systems, allowing us to carry out our work in a safe, state-of-the-art environment endorsed by official bodies.

Citogen’s facilities are thus certified pursuant to Decree 237/1994 of 28 December approved by the General Councial of Aragon and published in the Official Journal of Aragon on 11 January 1995. They comply with the regulations and standards laid down for this kind of establishment as well as with the Administrative Authorisation for opening and operating a GENETIC TESTING LABORATORY according to a resolution issued by the General Council of Aragon’s Councillor for Health, Social Welfare and Labour.

Citogen also has a Quality Management System for the testing laboratory sector according to the model set forth in the UNE-EN- SO/IEC 17025 standard.

All these accreditations as well as the technology and equipment we employ enable us to offer our clients exclusive services of the highest quality and the utmost rigour. Good proof of this differential aspect is that we are the only laboratory in Spain that provides the Anatomic Pathology Digital Spatial Profiler service and a pioneering firm in Europe.
